Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We ship orders to any destination worldwide by two methods
1-Express Shipping: We use
aramex courier service 4 - 5 days
most countries worldwide, if order includes tailored items such as
abayas it takes 10 more days for tailoring so total delivery
time from date of received payment 14-15 days.
2-Standard shipping: Egyptian Mail Service EMS 14-21 days most countries,
if order includes tailored items such as abayas it takes 10 more
days for tailoring so total delivery time from date of received
payment 24-30 days.
Taxes & Customs
ICS is not liable for any additional cost like
customs duty and/or taxes due to buyer's country regulations.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are determined by order weight, destination and type
of shipping. When you add items to your shopping cart you will get
an estimate of shipping cost (before you proceed to checkout), based
on items weight in cart, destination selected and average of express
and standard shipping.
For Heavy weight orders +30 Kg /66 lbs there are special rates to
be quoted per order depending on destination.
The minimum weight you pay for is 0.5 kilo / 1.1 lbs.

under check order and enter your email and ICS order number, which you received in
order confirmation e-mail and not 2checkout.com authorization id.
Online order tracking of shipped orders is available only for express
shipping.
When order is shipped, we send you email, with Air
Way Bill number.

air way bill number.
